Our Community

Trailer Estates is a deed restricted community where 55+ seniors can enjoy a variety of affordable lifestyles. Located in Bradenton, Florida, between U.S. 41 and Sarasota Bay, our park is readily accessible to numerous restaurants, shopping centers and medical facilities as well as the Sarasota/Bradenton airport.

Boating, Beach, Bocce and other Activities

Boat lovers can enjoy direct access to Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico from our marina. Boats can be docked at one of our rental slips or launched from our boat ramp. Maintenance services are available from an onsite marine service. Residents can enjoy beautiful sunsets from our beach overlooking Sarasota Bay and Longboat Key or test their skills at shuffleboarding, kayaking, horseshoes, bocce and picnicking.

Our spacious 60×30 heated pool can be used year-round along with our large hot tub. Showers and changing areas are available. Pool chairs are available for sunning or snoozing. Numerous other activities are also available including exercise equipment, woodworking shop, bingo, dancing and live shows.

Other Organizations

A U.S. Post Office is on the park grounds for the convenience of the residents. On Sundays, the Evangelical Covenant Church welcomes everyone to their services and other activities.
